For your convenience, we are open Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm for phone calls and open 24/7 for email. We also offer a 24 hour – 7 days a week emergency contact line for our customers. AccessAbility Travel operates under the licence of Check Us Out Travel # 3303977 and all monies are paid into the Check Us Out Travel Trust bank account. All documentation will also bear the logo and details of Check Us Out Travel.
Taxes – Fees – Fuel Surcharges – Prices
All prices are correct at the time you receive your quote. All prices are subject to change at any time and are subject to suppliers’ conditions and fees. All products are provided to you subject to suppliers’ conditions and changes without notice. AccessAbility Travel reserves the right to charge service fees for services provided to you and to pass onto you service fees on behalf of suppliers. (please see Service Fees). Airline/Supplier/Government taxes and fees as well as fuel surcharges are subject to change at any time due to currency and oil price fluctuations as advised by government/suppliers.
Accepted Forms of Payment
AccessAbility Travel accepts cash, credit card, direct deposit and cheques. When payment is by Credit & Debit card charges will apply. (please see Service Fees) In some cases, your credit/debit card may be debited directly by one of our suppliers with your permission. In this case, Accessability Travel service fees will not apply, however, your remedy in relation to any act, loss or damage will be against that supplier.
Passports and Visas
In general it is recommended that passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival to your destination, with at least 2 blank pages. Names on your travel documentation must be identical to your passport for international bookings or photo identification for Australian domestic bookings. It is the travellers’ responsibility to advise correct names at time of reservation and passports and visas meet immigration and foreign government authority regulations. Should you require information regarding visas or need to make an application for a visa, we can assist you with your application, however can take no responsibility nor accept any liability arising from incorrect or false information provided by you. We charge a fee for this service (please see Service Fees)
Travel Advice and Liability
At AccessAbility Travel we will always provide you with the highest standard of service as well as the most accurate and up to date information. AccessAbility Travel can and will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any act, omission or default, whether negligence or otherwise of carriers, suppliers or any other third party or that caused by (but not limited to) act of God, war, hijacking, terrorism or any other event which is beyond our control. We offer you exemplary service and great selection of travel options. We will look after you from your first enquiry to your arrival back after your holiday. As you can appreciate, we charge a small fee for some services we provide you. All of our service fees are charged over and above those charged by our suppliers. Please ask us for a full list of our service fees.
On-line or Direct bookings via links from our website
We operate under licence of Check Us Out Travel a fully licensed and insured travel company with highly experienced travel staff and recommend you call or e-mail us to make reservations on your behalf as this method serves to protect you as our client. Due to the demand of the general public to be able to book certain products on-line however, we provide you with the choice of being able to make direct reservations on-line via our website. On our website you will find direct links to many suppliers. You are free to book and pay direct with these suppliers and we are eligible to receive referral commission from these suppliers when you do so. Please note however that when you make reservations direct via any supplier accessed by a link from our website, you are bound by and accept the terms and conditions of that supplier. Accessability Travel will accept no responsibility or liability arising from your direct dealing with any such supplier. Should you prefer for us to make reservations on your behalf we would be more than happy to assist you – please feel free to call or e-mail us anytime.
At AccessAbility Travel your privacy is paramount. We will not sell or in any other way engage in the distribution of your information except for the purposes of arranging your travel. Any information collected by us from you will be stored in a secure facility and will only be used by us to communicate with you at specific times.
As the provider of services to you our client, we reserve the right to apply the following service fees in addition to those charged by airlines, tour operators and other service providers that you may use as part of your overall travel arrangements handled by AccessAbility Travel. We accept all monies paid, and commitments made, subject to our Terms of Trade and Schedule of Fees and those stipulated by our suppliers. Our Booking Conditions, Service Fees, and associated supplier’s ‘Terms and Conditions’ and Schedule of Fees apply to yourself, your family or travelling companions whom you represent, or on whose behalf you make payments.
