Accessibility
P&O Cruises will make every effort to accommodate passengers with disabilities. We must be notified of wheelchair usage and/or any special needs at the time of booking. We have wheelchair-accessible cabins on all P&O Cruises ships, subject to availability at the time of request. We also have specialised kits for hearing impaired passengers available, upon request at time of booking. If you require a mobility device, you must provide your own. If you have any special requirements or questions regarding mobility, please inform your travel agent, or contact our Telephone Sales & Service Team. When bringing your own wheelchair, we highly recommend collapsible wheelchairs, as the width of cabin doors may vary. Some P&O Cruises ships have areas that are not wheelchair accessible.
Ports Accessed via Ship’s Tender
It is important to note that access to tender ports may be restricted and this may limit your tour options or restrict access to these ports. Do not worry if you cannot get off the ship, we still have plenty of fun activities for you on board!
Shore Tours
Many of our shore tours are suitable for people with limited mobility. However, access to tender ports may be restricted. Our shore tours staff will happily suggest suitable tour itineraries to accommodate your mobility needs. Please note any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of each passenger.
